I want to report a serious concern with The Top Bazaar Group's account that I purchased on November 16, 2011 from your Mandystad, Indiana store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hershel B., but my issue remains unresolved.
