Refund refused by The Excel Tutoring Busan Enterprises

On November 7, 1985, I signed up for The Excel Tutoring Busan Enterprises's training session at their Kleinstad, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $122.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jasmin H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
