Frustrated with Dishes Group's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4593-SQF-5486 placed with Dishes Group on January 4, 2018. I paid $298.2 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jewell U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
