Overcharged by True Supply International for service

On April 14, 2009, I signed up for True Supply International's installation service at their Jordistad, New York location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $940.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carley R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
