False promises made by Engineering Professionals Group representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2122-XIV-4958 placed with Engineering Professionals Group on March 4, 1981. I paid $403.19 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alek I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
