Delayed delivery from Dynamic-Properties

On April 21, 2007, I signed up for Dynamic-Properties's repair service at their Port Crystalstad, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $906.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carli S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
