I purchased a account from Delight Provisions Corp. on October 28, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vernice B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
