Refund refused by Authentic & Bites

On April 23, 2015, I signed up for Authentic & Bites's upgrade service at their Blickfort, Washington location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $35.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emery O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
