Unsatisfactory resolution from Authentic & Bites

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3832-OCF-3257 placed with Authentic & Bites on September 21, 1987. I paid $308.88 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dorris G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
