Frustrated with Select Bites Group Semarang Corp.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2096-QDD-9646 placed with Select Bites Group Semarang Corp. on February 8, 2012. I paid $86.30 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cindy C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
