Delayed delivery from EliteTutoring Nantes

On July 19, 1976, I signed up for EliteTutoring Nantes's technical assistance at their Nikkoborough, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $605.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marlen F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
