I purchased a item from UltraChip Ventures on February 27, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Janae E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
