Billing dispute with GlobalDeal

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9265-FXT-4770 placed with GlobalDeal on August 13, 1994. I paid $536.77 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shaun W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
