On May 10, 1998, I signed up for The Hearty Bites Ltd.'s premium plan at their Hudsonhaven, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $915.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Donna R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
