Frustrated with Properties of Golden Holdings's lack of response

On December 22, 2015, I signed up for Properties of Golden Holdings's delivery service at their Kulasmouth, California location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $815.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Henry S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
