Billing dispute with Select Realty Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8432-BDC-2868 placed with Select Realty Consultants on January 26, 2008. I paid $358.37 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elody H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
