Billing dispute with EssentialCure

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8071-OFH-8077 placed with EssentialCure on December 17, 1997. I paid $829.82 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrick O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
