False promises made by The Super Retail representative

On July 30, 2007, I signed up for The Super Retail's troubleshooting service at their Artland, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $437.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aurelie O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
