Refund refused by Micro Applications

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8804-YFI-1449 placed with Micro Applications on March 13, 1978. I paid $262.26 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mason U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
