Net Networks refused to address issue

On December 28, 1975, I signed up for Net Networks's exchange program at their Dessieville, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $251.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Doyle P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
