On June 18, 2021, I signed up for MicroCode Technologies's warranty service at their Schneiderfort, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $477.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candida T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
