I am writing regarding order #ORD-7208-GHV-3979 placed with Education Lab of Leadership on March 31, 1998. I paid $440.73 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Helene O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
