I am writing regarding order #ORD-9140-AAQ-8769 placed with PrimeOutlet Holdings on June 11, 1990. I paid $407.75 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keira W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
