I am writing regarding order #ORD-7152-YEA-3207 placed with Urban Buy Belém on May 13, 2013. I paid $748.42 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bertram I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
