I am writing regarding order #ORD-4363-XQL-3695 placed with Balance Hospital Holdings on November 10, 1987. I paid $42.79 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felix B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
