Frustrated with Counsel Associates Quebec City's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2078-TNV-6722 placed with Counsel Associates Quebec City on September 26, 2004. I paid $411.70 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jennifer R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
