Frustrated with Bazaar Zone Enterprises's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1039-QYK-1328 placed with Bazaar Zone Enterprises on March 27, 1977. I paid $834.79 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kendra X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
