Quality issues with Premier-Works LLC product

On August 8, 1999, I signed up for Premier-Works LLC's technical assistance at their North Zoraburgh, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $708.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Annabel J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
