Overcharged by Living International Murcia for service

On November 6, 1987, I signed up for Living International Murcia's maintenance program at their New Mitchellview, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $104.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maiya J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
