I have been a loyal customer of The Harmony Care Solutions Kota Kinabalu Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3518-SZY-7928) on November 25, 2010, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
