Hidden fees discovered from The Academic Campus

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7674-QRI-7075 placed with The Academic Campus on March 24, 1991. I paid $474.94 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmanuelle X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
