Unresolved issue with Savory & Dishes Holdings product

On August 17, 1978, I signed up for Savory & Dishes Holdings's customer support at their Homenickchester, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $231.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kira C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
