Unresolved issue with Table & Essentials product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9635-CET-2340 placed with Table & Essentials on July 21, 2020. I paid $649.52 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Enola B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
