Poor customer service experience with Prime Habitat Alliance

On April 22, 2001, I signed up for Prime Habitat Alliance's support package at their Annieton, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $25.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cordell Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
