I want to report a serious concern with Habitat International's plan that I purchased on September 23, 1978 from your New Alvis, California store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Angeline A., but my issue remains unresolved.
