I purchased a item from Culinary & Classics Adelaide Enterprises on October 17, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tomasa F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
