I want to report a serious concern with Counsel Chambers, Chambers Corp.'s tool that I purchased on March 11, 2006 from your Dickensland, Vermont store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Winona T., but my issue remains unresolved.
