I purchased a product from Retail Express Nice on February 10, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Haylee U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
