I purchased a tool from MetaEdge Enterprises on November 20, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ezequiel R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
