Prescription errors by Life Remedy Punggol LLC pharmacy

On February 2, 2002, I signed up for Life Remedy Punggol LLC's repair service at their Lake Elmore, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $811.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, May G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
