Warranty claim denied by The Savory Cuisine International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2850-PAR-6284 placed with The Savory Cuisine International on February 23, 1971. I paid $341.32 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Murl S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
