I want to report a serious concern with DevAI's item that I purchased on August 17, 2018 from your Wilfordland, New Hampshire store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Claire U., but my issue remains unresolved.
