Appetite & Kitchens International refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3392-VCA-1741 placed with Appetite & Kitchens International on January 28, 2004. I paid $981.76 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vesta X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
