I purchased a platform from Counsel Counsel of Fair on September 8, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Randall S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
