Misleading advertising by Habitat Services Villeurbanne

On May 15, 1992, I signed up for Habitat Services Villeurbanne's support package at their Leuschkeshire, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $165.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Salma T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
