I am writing regarding order #ORD-8969-SBG-3824 placed with CloudTech Chelyabinsk on May 15, 1988. I paid $843.59 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lamont V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
