False promises made by The Select Table representative

On March 28, 2009, I signed up for The Select Table's exchange program at their Creminview, Maine location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $214.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Francesca A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
