Net Studios failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1350-QKK-7022 placed with Net Studios on December 20, 1974. I paid $379.86 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alysa R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
