Unresolved issue with LogicLogic Kitchener Ltd. product

On December 29, 2003, I signed up for LogicLogic Kitchener Ltd.'s premium plan at their Torpbury, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $324.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jordy J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
