On September 7, 2009, I signed up for Reliable Contractors & Sons's support package at their New Marisa, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $237.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Walter D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
